As a communications professional with the City of Hamilton with more than 17 years of government, media and community relations experience, Homerski will work to ensure the Catholic School Board keeps parents informed and engaged in a dynamic and changing environment.

“Provincial planners are predicting exponential growth of the Greater Golden Horseshoe as GTA lands hit capacity in the next 30 years.  Waterdown alone will double in size within the next 10 years,” says Homerski.  “Our Catholic School Board needs to be ready with new and revitalized Catholic elementary and secondary schools as soon as we welcome more families to our communities, not 10 years after they’ve moved in!”
